Don't Weight Another Day Challenge! September through November - Your Weight Stays Confidential!
Do you want to look great this holiday season? How would it sound if everyone you see said, “Gosh, you look fantastic! Have you lost weight?”
We want to help create this image for every member of Vitalife Fitness and are here to encourage you every step of the weigh !! All of us know the importance of weight on our physical health but we also need to think of our mental health too! Picture in your mind the new you and take this challenge to make that picture a reality.
Be a part of the Don’t Weight Another Day Challenge! Feel good about yourself and make the upcoming Thanksgiving and Christmas the best this year! Don't Worry your individual weight will not be displayed and will be kept confidential.
Our Fall Fitness Challenge starts on September 15th and ends November 15th, 2008
The rules are as follows:
1. Your starting weight must be entered into your iPod and uploaded to the Vitalife Fitness Website on or after September 15th, 2008 - You can start any time during the challenge period!
2. Each Monday you must weigh in and update your iPod, then upload your new weight (hopefully lower) to the site. (Every Monday on or after Sept. 15th trhough Nov 15th)
3. The minimum exercise requirement is 30 minutes at a time. Remember a pound is approximately 3500 calories of stored energy so it may take you extra exercise to reduce weight.
Prizes
1. One $ dollar in Vitalife Fitness gift certificate money will be earned for each pound lost
2. The top 10 CALORIE BURNERS will be entered into a random drawing for a Gift Card to Honey Baked Ham Company in the following amounts
a. $75.00
b. $50.00
c. $25.00
Note: Most health professionals recommend a maximum of 2 pounds of weight loss per week based on a combination of healthy eating and exercise. As always, please seek the advice of your health care professional before starting on any diet or exercise program.
